1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kado77 website accessible at https://kado77.cam and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, and services operated under that domain.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by kado77 that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all scheduled events, draw times, and customer support hours on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on kado77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kado77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in alignment with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining balance refunded minus any bonuses claimed.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are registering from and residing in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kado77 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

2.2 kado77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single Player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kado77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 You must notify kado77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

3.5 kado77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any Account that was opened in error or in breach of these Terms.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

4.1 All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any time at kado77's discretion for security and compliance purposes.

4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear photographic copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport.
• A recent selfie photograph holding the identity document.
• Proof of ownership of the deposit payment method (e.g., a bank statement header showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri).

4.3 kado77 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address, source-of-funds declarations, or enhanced due-diligence materials for high-value accounts.

4.4 Accounts that have not completed KYC are subject to withdrawal restrictions. kado77 accepts no liability for delays in processing withdrawals where KYC documentation is outstanding or incomplete.

4.5 All KYC documentation is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

kado77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 unless a higher limit has been approved by kado77 for your account tier. Deposits are typically credited instantly upon bank confirmation. kado77 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank may apply its own interbank transfer charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on verification status and transaction volume. First-time withdrawals from a new account always require completed KYC before processing can begin.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside of peak processing hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) may be queued for processing during the next available window. kado77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times beyond reasonable industry standards and will not be liable for processing delays attributable to the recipient bank's own clearing timelines.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on kado77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kado77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating account, less any applicable bank charges.

5.4 Funding Source

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. kado77 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or mismatched funding sources and to suspend the associated Player Account pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 kado77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

6.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are credited in IDR and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other active promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• kado77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6.3 kado77 reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion if it suspects that the Player is abusing the promotional system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on kado77 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections before confirming any wager. kado77 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

7.2 kado77 offers sports betting markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, and live in-play betting are available subject to each market's specific rules.

7.3 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games, draw results are sourced from verified official pools (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). kado77 is not responsible for delays or interruptions to official draw schedules caused by the source pool operators.

7.4 For sabung ayam (cockfighting) live-stream betting, match outcomes are determined by the officiating arena. kado77 relays results as reported and is not liable for any discrepancies arising from arena-side technical or officiating errors.

7.5 In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly offered market, odds, or payout, kado77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest system error will not be honored.

7.6 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted by kado77 at any time, including retroactively for ongoing promotional periods, with reasonable notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kado77 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or using alternative personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape data, or exploit the Platform's functionality.
• Colluding with other Players, Platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Exploiting any identified or suspected software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability rather than reporting it to kado77 support.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

8.2 kado77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, kado77 will cooperate with relevant authorities and may withhold account funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the kado77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kado77 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from kado77 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 kado77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous uptime and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kado77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses attributable to interruptions in internet connectivity, banking system outages, or third-party service failures beyond kado77's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if kado77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The accuracy of odds data, sports results, or lottery draw outcomes sourced from third-party providers.

10.3 kado77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

11.1 kado77 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by Players is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

11.2 By accepting these Terms, you also accept the kado77 Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an Account.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting kado77 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified bank account within 5 business days, less any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

12.2 kado77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time with or without notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• kado77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• The Player's account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• The Player has submitted a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming program.

12.3 Upon termination for material breach, kado77 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. kado77 operates under an internationally issued gaming license and complies with the licensing jurisdiction's regulatory requirements.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and kado77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the kado77 support channel ([email protected]).

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents kado77 from seeking emergency injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraudulent use of the Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 kado77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
